Like all of the big three, a good range of early-price races are chalked up every day but it is the extended range of ante-post books that provides the most unique attraction, both in terms of pricing-up Saturday feature events early in the week and long-term opportunities.
Recent examples include pricing-up every race at the Cheltenham Festival, where players were offered the additional opportunity to ask for a quote about a runner in any of the 20 contests at Prestbury Park if none was already available, and early markets on all of the Breeders' Cup races.
With Cheltenham's increasing dominance of the National Hunt season, the opportunity to take early interests in runners at the three-day festival is a big draw for racing bettors, particularly as, to date, the firm's major rivals have yet to follow suit.
